This year at the World Continuity Congress in Singapore, Kathy will share her experience with the audience on how she tackles Qantas Crisis Management and Resilience through the key topics of An overview of Qantas’ resilience journey and resilience framework, while sharing the Learning’s from exercises and recent events from her experiences. Kathy will also touch on topics relate to A380 Fleet grounding (2010), Disruptions from Volcanic Ash, and the use of Social Media in our crisis response.

About the Speaker
Kathy Dubé has over 20 years experience in Risk Management across an array of industries, including Aviation, Health and Financial Services. She has been with Qantas for the past four years, where she has been an integral member of the Group Business Resilience team (reporting to the Office of the CEO) in the development, implementation and assurance of their Business Resilience Management System, and an active role in the CMT for recent events such as the QF32 Incident and A380 grounding in November 2010 and a number of natural disasters last year.
Prior to Qantas, Kathy was Vice President, Resiliency Risk Manager for JPMorgan across the Investment Bank and Custody Business for Australia and Asia Pacific.
